    Your saved driver gets the request first when nearby. You see the photo, car, plate and arrival time.

    Check the plate and give your ride PIN. Waiting or hold-up minutes only count when they happen.

    The Paystack screen opens at drop-off. Pay by card, transfer, USSD or bank, then rate your driver.

02How a locked fare works

You see the price. Then you ride.

Our server works out the fare before you book, line by line. The kilometre charge is locked at the quoted distance.

Weekly Fuel Update

Every Monday at 6am, each city's per km rate moves with the pump price. Only the fuel share moves, so fares go down when petrol does too.

Road Tags, shown up front

Some roads cost more to drive. A tag only applies when your pickup or drop-off is inside the area, after three drivers and our team confirm it.

A cap you can count on

Time Band and Road Tag together are capped at 60%, whatever the hour and wherever you go.

03For drivers

A flat 10%. Nothing else.

Drive a car from 2005 or newer and pass our inspection. The inspector assigns your class.

  • You keep 90%

    Liftzor takes a flat 10% of every fare, nothing else. If a passenger overpays, all of it goes to you.

  • Your share goes to your bank

    The passenger pays on the Paystack screen before getting out, and your share is sent to your bank. Payout timing is confirmed when you sign up.

  • No reinspection fee

    Reinspections are on us. You only do the Monthly Car Check from your phone.

  • 30 days' notice

    Only the fuel share moves each Monday. Any other rate change comes with 30 days' notice.

  • Earnings Passport

    A monthly statement of your earnings that a bank or landlord can check with us. Check a statement

    Send your live trip to family on WhatsApp in one tap. They follow the car on a map in any browser, no app needed.

  • SOS in the app

    Raise an SOS from the app at any point in your trip.

  • Ride PIN

    Your driver enters your PIN at pickup, so you get into the right car.

  • Inspected cars

    Every car is inspected before its first trip, then again every 12 months, or every 6 months for cars older than 2016.

  • Monthly Car Check

    Each month the driver sends guided photos of the car and the odometer. Missing it pauses their requests.

  • Fair Price Report

    If a driver asks for more than the app price, report it. We check the trip record and act on the evidence. Never pay a driver outside the app.

  • Pay on the Paystack screen

    Pay before you get out. Nothing is saved on your phone, and there is no cash on any trip.

Can I pay with cash?

No. Every trip is paid on the Paystack screen by card, transfer, USSD or bank, before you get out. No card is saved.

Can the price change during the trip?

The kilometre charge is locked at the quoted distance. Only Waiting Time after 3 free minutes and Hold-up Time after 10 stuck minutes can be added, and both are counted live on your screen.

What is a Road Tag?

A published extra for some areas, such as Flood Watch or Road Works. It only applies when your pickup or drop-off is inside the area, and it is always shown on the quote.

Which city is first?

Port Harcourt, then Abuja, then Lagos. Each city opens when it is ready.

What does Liftzor take from drivers?

A flat 10% of every fare, nothing else. If a passenger overpays, all of it goes to the driver.
